Length of session
Individual Sessions are 1 hour in length. Double sessions are available on request. Couple Therapy Sessions are 2 hours; Discernment Counselling sessions are 1½ to 2 hours
Telehealth Services
Telephone and video platform (eg: Zoom) counselling is available upon request for local, country & interstate Services.
Individual counselling via Zoom or telephone receives a rebate from Medicare. Couples therapy is not covered by Medicare.

Mental health care plans can be obtained from your General Practitioner. Medicare’s “Better Access to Mental Health” scheme provides a refund for 10 counselling sessions per calendar year, from January 1st to December 31st (note: not 12 month cycle). Mental health care plans cannot be used for couples therapy.
